Ipe Structural Panels are a beautiful and funcitional solution to cover most outdoor surfaces. The structual integrity of this quality wood will span joist systems up to 24 inches. A variety of Pedestal Systems can be used in conjuction with the panels elevationg them and allowing them to be used over uneven surfaces.
 
Widely used in commercial exterior construction Ipe has recently become a popular choice for residental decks due to its low maintenance, aatractive color, and extremely hard surface.
 
The 20" Structural Panels are available in a smooth and fluted finish and these high quality panels, constructed with stainless steel screws, add natural beauty to your residential or commercial project.
 
Ipe wood does not require a selaer coat as its natural density prevents water absortiopton. Deck treatments may be desired if you wish to maintan the rich deep color of the wood.
 
Ipe wood will age a silver patina if left untreated.

The most innovative and one of a kind solutions for connecting Deckstone Porcelain Structural Panels over roof decks, concrete balconies, existing wood decks, patios and a multiude of other surfaces.

Snapjack's unquie desgin elevates the structural panels 1/2" to provide proper driange while interlocking together ajacent panels.The panels may be connected with a plastic plug to provide proper spacing and lock the panels together. It is recommended to screw the structural panels to the Snapjack if being laid temporarily. Also a screw and washer system may be used to reduce any chance of wind uplift.
